Remote Auto

The Remote Switch for the Auto Model.

Many times people have expressed concerns that the users need to go to the Floodcheck Auto to reset it in the event of any shut down. Sometimes this can be inconvenient as the Floodcheck may be installed under the kitchen sink.. in the basement ect.

For this reason we have designed the Remote Switch for the Auto

The remote switch Allows the Power supply from the Power unit to be plugged into the Switch box, and the lead (supplied) goes from the switch box to the Floodcheck Auto. It can also be hard wired into the wall socket for new home/Office installations.

The switch box can be installed anywhere convenient.

The Remote Switch box has four flat panels on it each has a switches behind it.

This is what the Remote switch will do for the User.

1/ The RESET. Push the reset after any alarm condition and it will restore the water

2/ Push the WATER OFF and the remote switch will turn the water off.

3/ Push BYE PASS and the remote will turn the Floodcheck protection off for just one hour. After that time it will turn the Floodcheck protection back on automatically.

4/ .Push the VACATE mode and the remote will t urn off the water AND ALSO ISOLATE the

Floodcheck from the main supply So regardless of what might happen to the mains supply later the Floodcheck ( and the water) will remain off until the user come back and pushes the RESET button.

Price has not yet been confirmed and it should be available early 2007, Aprox. 4” Square. Box supplied aprox. 25MM deep
